Booking, Changes & Cancellation Procedure

 

Airport Transfer :

 

Customer is advised to book the car early due to an unpredictable traffic conditions.
Please make sure that customer arrives at the airport at least few hours before the flight’s scheduled

departure time :

1.5 hours for domestic flight.

2.5 hours for international flight.

 

Cancellation charge :

 

-       Before the vehicle is dispatched to the customer’s address = No Fee.

 

-       After the invoice is printed (for walk in customer at the counter) = IDR 10.000.

 

-       After the vehicle is dispatched to the customer’s address (the order within Jakarta < 12 hour)  = 1 hour of usage.

 

-       After the vehicle is dispatched to the customer’s address (the order within Jakarta > 12 hour)  = 3 hours of usage.

 

-       After the vehicle is dispatched to the customer’s address (the order outside Jakarta) = Full usage.
